When People Make You Feel Unwanted

Sharing a post worth the read from Lessons Learned In Life:

When people make you feel unwanted, don’t leave to make them feel sad or guilty, they won’t. Leave because you no longer have a reason to stay. Sometimes you have to be strong for yourself. What’s meant to be will end up good and what’s not – won’t. Love is worth fighting for, but sometimes you can’t be the only one fighting. At times, people need to fight for you. If they don’t, you just have to move on and realize what you gave them was more than they were willing to give you.

Another “Un”happy Anniversary

The past months have been challenging but I have been looking forward to this day.

Two years…two years since that day when We both took another chance at love.  There have been a lot of ups and downs, misunderstandings and a whole lot of other stuff that make up a relationship.  I have learned to love him more and more each day despite our differences.  In fact, it made him all the more love him…for what he is and what he is not.

No more words.  Just tears.  I will be okay.  It is okay…just like the last time.

Happy 2nd anniversary to us.  I can only shed tears for him choosing to be with someone else instead of me today.  That person is more important.  And that I can only understand and accept.  And yes, I will do that whole-heartedly only because for as long as you are happy, I will be for you.
